Questions
What counts as a “person”?
Someone who works on your boards with you — a co-owner, editor or delegate, or a team member with one of those roles. Two kinds of people never count: anyone you share a published Trip page with (that link is public and unlimited), and read-only viewers — someone who signs in only to look is audience, not crew. Pay for collaborators, not for an audience.
What happens when my team grows or shrinks?
Your plan follows your team — crews grow for a shoot and shrink for the edit, and that's how it should work. When paid plans arrive, the rule will be simple and the same for everyone: a month is billed at the biggest team you ran at any point in that month. Growing takes effect right away; shrinking takes effect from the next month. No lock-ins, no downgrade forms — drop back down and the price follows automatically.
And because slips happen: we measure your team once a day, not the instant you click. Gave the wrong person an editing role? Fix it the same day and it never counted.
Are any features locked behind a paid plan?
No. Every feature is available on every plan, including free. The only thing that grows with a paid band is how many people can work alongside you.
